Re-engineering earthworks of the existing site, including removal of all perched groundwater, provide working piling platform for band drain installation, provide settlement monitoring and undertake monitoring, use of site exercise to re-model the existing building footprint platform to the site to suit the proposed construction of a new large scale Parcel Distribution facility building around 30,000m2 with the total site measuring around 188,000m2. The works involve the removal, moving and placing in the region of 180,000m3 of material, mainly sand and clay.
